National Institute for Traditional Medicine, where the medicinal herbs abundant in the kingdom are compounded and dispensed, and traditional medical practitioners are trained.
In Bhutan, equal emphasis is given to both allopathy and traditional medicines and the Institute also imparts the art of herbal medicines to would be practitioners.
